MEMORANDUM TO: All Retirement Boards FROM: Joseph E. Connarton, Executive Director RE: Survey for PERAC Technology Improvement Project

As you may know, PERAC is striving to reduce the cost of supporting key systems while improving the capabilities of these systems to offer new, more efficient business process opportunities to PERAC users.
PERAC has engaged Collaborative Consulting to work on gathering requirements in order to fulfill the agency’s goals. As part of the engagement with Collaborative Consulting, PERAC is conducting a survey with all boards to see if there are any opportunities for improvements in our technology project that would benefit the retirement boards. Your feedback will help us prioritize the most important areas for improvements.
