This memo asks retirement boards to help PERAC maintain accurate e-mail distribution lists used to send the Pension News, Newsflashes, and other communications. Boards should submit current e-mail addresses (including home/personal or other office addresses) for all board members and administrators—identified by name and board—to Sarah Kelly at PERAC, and may optionally provide addresses for other interested parties such as town treasurers or personnel officers. No other action is required.

TO: To All Retirement Boards

RE: E-Mail Addresses
DATE: December 7, 2006
PERAC’s Communications Unit maintains files of e-mail addresses for retirement boards and other interested parties. We use these files to transmit copies of the PERAC Pension News, Newsflashes, and other communications.
In order to ensure that such e-mails reach all retirement board members and
administrators in a timely fashion, please transmit all current relevant e-mail addresses
to Sarah Kelly (SKelly@per.state.ma.us) at PERAC. Please note you do not need to limit
these e-mail addresses to those associated with retirement board computers. We would
welcome receiving home and other office e-mail addresses as well.
Please be sure to include the name of your retirement board as well as the name(s) of the member(s) and/or administrator(s) who can be reached at the e-mail address(es) being provided.
If you would like to supply e-mail addresses for other individuals – such as town treasurers or personnel officers, we would also be pleased to receive them.
