M E M O R A N D U M TO: All Retirement Boards FROM: Joseph E. Connarton, Executive Director RE: Follow Up Memorandum Relative to Public Hearings re. Regular Compensation.

DATE: November 21, 2005

As you know pursuant to Memorandum # 34/2005 dated November 8, 2005 the Commission has scheduled a series of public hearings on proposed regulations clarifying the definition of regular compensation. The purpose of this memorandum is to remind you of the dates which have previously been posted and listed below as well as to inform you that in order to provide maximum participation by all individuals who may be impacted by the proposed regulations, the Commission has voted to extend the times of each hearing through 6:00 P.M. on each of the dates listed within Memorandum #34/2005.

Once again the hearing dates, locations and times are as follows:

November 30, 2005 at 1:00 pm Plymouth Public Library 132 South Street, Plymouth, MA 02360

December 2, 2005 at 1:00 pm
