This memo corrects the List of Qualified Investment Managers issued January 16, 2001 (PERAC Memo #4/2001), removing the Brazil Emerging Growth Timberland Investment Fund as of December 31, 2000. Boards should update their copy of the list accordingly; any board wishing to invest in this fund going forward must submit the full exemption request and obtain PERAC's written approval before investing.

PERAC MEMO #10/2001 M E M O R A N D U M TO: All Retirement Boards FROM: Robert A. Dennis, Investment Director RE: Manager List Correction DATE: January 24, 2001 Please be advised that the Brazil Emerging Growth Timberland Investment Fund has been removed from the List of Qualified Investment Managers as of December 31, 2000. This change has been made due to a retirement board’s decision not to invest in this fund. Please remove the name of this fund from the list previously sent to you on January 16, 2001 (PERAC Memo #4/2001). In the future, if a retirement board wishes to invest in this particular fund, please note that the complete exemption process must be followed and the board must receive an approval letter from this office prior to investing. /is
