PERAC MEMO #17/1999 M E M O R A N D U M TO: All Retirement Boards FROM: Joseph Martin RE: Child Support Enforcement Initiative DATE: April 9, 1999 When a member requests a return of their Annuity Savings Fund contributions, the member’s retirement board should contact DOR’s Intercept Program to determine whether or not a Child Support Lien is in effect for that member.
