PERAC MEMO #43/1998 M E M O R A N D U M TO: Al l Retirement Boards FROM: Robert F. Stalnaker, Executive Director RE: Disability Regulations DATE: September 25, 1998 PERAC’s revised Disability Regulations are now in effect. Attached is a copy of 840 CMR 10.00 for the Board’s review and implementation. Copies should be provided to each board member .These regulations represent the final product of six regional public hearings conducted throughout the Commonwealth with great participation from many board members and staff. The boards should now be following these regulations in all aspects of a disability application and restoration to service.
