Stalnaker, Executive Director RE: CRAB Administration DATE: June 15, 1998 Recently PERAC notified Retirement Boards, attorneys and other interested parties of the change in the processing of CRAB Appeals. This is a further reminder that as of June 15, 1998 CRAB Appeals, as well as all inquiries relative to such Appeals, should be mailed to: Robert E. Tierney, Esq. Administrative Magistrate Contributory Retirement Appeal Board 100 Cambridge Street, Room 904 Boston, MA 02202 Telephone: 617-727-7060 Boards must notify members who may have a right to appeal to CRAB of this new address. This may necessitate making the appropriate change to letters that include a notice of the members appeal rights.
