PERAC MEMO #34/1997 M E M O R A N D U M TO:All Retirement Boards FROM:Joseph E. Connarton, Deputy Executive Director RE:91A Update DATE:October 9, 1997 This is to inform you with respect to PERAC’s activities in the ongoing process in obtaining information pertaining to Disability Retirees and their earnings in the calendar year 1996. PERAC has sent letters along with a 1996 Annual Statement of Earnings Follow-up form to be completed and returned to PERAC by October 20, 1997. In addition to the members who have excess earnings, these letters have also been sent to members from whom further information is required. Your board does not need to take any action at this time. PERAC will be notifying you of any and all members who are in excess of their allowed earnings, and will be advised of what actions are to be taken.
